Directions

  1. Butter and grill thick-cut sourdough.
  2. Spread carmelized onions over bread.
  3. Ladle on cheddar béchamel sauce.
  4. Cover all in generous helping of Irish cheddar.
  5. Place in hot oven until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Brulée with Bernzomatic torch.
  7. Dress with Worcestershire sauce and leaves of fresh parsley.
