The buyer / end‐user agrees to diligently observe U.S. export regulations relating to export, re‐export, or transshipment of Worthington's products, including Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) lists of Denied Persons, Denied Entities, and prohibited and sanctioned countries. Buyer / end‐user further agrees that any re‐export of our Products from their stock to a non‐U.S. person will be done in accordance with all U.S. export regulations.
