Torched Laguna Salada Cocktail

Directions

• 1.5oz. Silver tequila
• 0.5oz. Cynar
• 0.5oz. Luxardo Abano
• 0.5oz. fresh grapefruit juice
• Torch cedar plank with Bernzomatic TS4000
• Capture smoke in unturned Nick and Nora glass
• Turn glass over and strain the cocktail
• Top off with grapefruit zest
