Smokey Hollow Cocktail

Directions

1. Cut lemon and caramelize with Bernzomatic torch
2. Smoke cloves with Bernzomatic torch
3. Squeeze lemon juice in glass
4. Add smoked cloves
5. Add 2oz maple syrup
6. Add 1 TBSP of pumpkin puree
7. Add 2 oz of rye whiskey
8. Add bitters to taste
9. Shake in a mason jar with ice
10. Remove lid and strain into a mug
11. Invert 1 lemon shell and fill with rye whiskey
12. Dust with cinnamon and torch
